Course Action Notices are now available for students to submit absence notifications to their instructors when they need to miss class. Students access Course Action Notices through a link on Path@Penn. The absence notices within Course Action Notices replace Course Absence Reports, which were part of the Penn InTouch system. Instructors can review absence notices submitted by their students through a link on Courses@Penn.
Course Action Notices also include the ability for instructors to send support notices to their students. The support notices within Course Action Notices replace Course Problem Notices (CPNs), which were part of Courses InTouch system. This ability is available to instructors the week of September 12.
